The Courtroom Crimes & Dirty Tricks of Solicitor William Gilmour Of Toronto – Lawyers & Clients Beware…

If you are an adversary lawyer up against William Gilmour in any court of law, on any matter, be advised that Solicitor Gilmour will do whatever it takes to win the case – be it legal, ethical, honest – or not.  I was once his client and friend who sat in his office many times as he coached witnesses how to lie under oath (specifically in a police brutality case in one of 3 instances). Before he betrayed my trust and asked me to help him cheat one of his other clients named Vic Richards of Mississauga, he asked me to do some illegal things on his behalf, including to make a telephone call impersonating a witness to influence another attorney to withdraw a motion. I was also asked to transport something illegal on his behalf, and was asked to be a false alibi witness for a client and his own wife. Only the last thing did I agree to do.

When we were close friends he confessed many of his dirty tricks to me that he has used in the past, and he claimed he learned them all working as a police officer when he worked undercover, before he was asked to resign or be fired from the RCMP.  He admitted planting evidence and deliberately obstructing justice by threatening witnesses with deportation. When he told these war stories to me he recalled they were “hilarious” and recounted the look of shock and surprise on the faces of the people he duped.  He was especially proud of one incident where he pretended to be the crown attorney on the telephone and deliberately told a prosecution witness that the trial had been post-poned for three months and told the guy he could go on his vacation after all.  The defendant walked when the judge would not grant another continuance in the case. Gilmour also boasted how he able to “confuse the shit out of juries and divert their attention from the rabbit to the hat.”  He once told me directly “Justice is not the end game in a courtroom.” He justifies all his dirty tricks and subversions with yet another comment he shared with me while fairly well plastered at The House of Lancaster strip club…  “In court the end always justifies the means, so long as you have the right judge who lets you get away with it.”  He also claimed that he “owned” almost a dozen judges at the Tom Davis Courthouse in Brampton and unless it was a rape, murder, or pedophile case, he could “buy an acquittal for $100,000 or less”.

Now today, I find myself as just another one of his dirty trick victims because I filed this law society complaint against him back in 2006 after he began extorting my wife: http://bruceslawsocietycomplaint.wordpress.com  He now falsely claims that I called him out of the blue in 2010 and threatened to kill him – from China (the most monitored country on earth)!  So according to him, 2 years after we last even talked to one another, I just got up in the middle of the night and decided to call him. NOT!  The reason he did this is to make it impossible for me to return to Canada and testify against him for some serious crimes he was involved in including one in which there is no statute of limitations. Those who doubt my word are welcome to visit me with a polygraph examiner and/or ask Vic Richards (owner of Big Brute Motorcycles in Mississauga) and ask him how Bill operates.  This is how he operated in Ohio where he knew the Law Society and prosecutors in Ontario have no jurisdiction to prosecute nor disbar him http://ohiocourtroomcorruption.blogspot.com  You will see how he perjured himself and then when caught had, “sudden recall” in the transcripts.  Do I really want William Gilmour dead. No, because you cannot prosecute nor sue a dead person.  I would love to see him under oath in the same courtroom as myself. Oh Lord, grant me this wish before I die, and strike me dead right now if any of the above is not the gospel truth.

Is Lawyer William “Bill” Gilmour of Brampton, Ontario, Canada A Greedy & Dishonest Toronto Lawyer Who Belongs Behind Prison Bars?

We have all heard horror stories about lawyers. We have all heard jokes about lawyers as well. But we all know that there are good and evil people in every profession. The unfortunate thing about spotting rotten apples in the legal profession, is that lawyers use the law to hide their mistakes – and crimes. They know how to get court files sealed and complaints buried deep on page 39 of a search engine where very few eyes seldom travel.  Can a court room really be a crime scene?

broken-familyIn the case of William “Bill” Gilmour I will not say what he is or is not. In my own personal opinion I sincerely believe he belongs behind prison bars, but you may come to a different conclusion. What he did and didn’t do has caused a Canadian family to be separated in 2 countries – 5,000 miles apart for six years. His acts and omissions has caused immense suffering, innocent people to be jailed, and a family to lose their home as well. And it was all premeditated – a scheme if you will.

If you are a lawyer or law student, this case may set a new legal standard for “Abuse of Process”, “Ineffective Assistance of Counsel”, “Willful Negligence”, “Professional Incompetence” or just plain Greed. I truly hope it is not a trend and the new “normal” of professional legal ethics.

This is a true story related to case E-19-00 in the Superior Court of Ontario. No names have been changed. The information supplied is factual, and indeed, how the The Law Society of Canada handled two complaints related to this matter is nothing less than disgraceful and shameful from my personal perspective.  See what you think…

If you think that this lawyer might possibly be falsely accused, you can read one of the Law Society complaints here at this link and review the sworn statements of eye witnesses and expert witnesses. Is a lawyer obligated to report his own arrest to clients and the courts? Should lawyers be allowed to argue cases when they are using narcotic drugs? Are lawyers allowed to secretly sell the confidential legal files of their clients to third parties for $50,000? Are lawyers allowed to commit perjury in foreign countries against their own client? http://gilmourlawsocietycomplaint.wordpress.com

As you investigate this matter ask yourself why didn’t the law society even contact one of the 19 witnesses?  How many complaints have been filed against Attorney William Gilmour of Brampton? For inexplicable reasons, the Law Society will not tell you nor anyone else. Why?   The top secret answer is here in my opinion:  http://lawsocietyofuppercanada.wordpress.com

No amount of time nor space can erase what took place nor the anxiety, insomnia, stress, financial loss, and miscarriage caused by the acts and omissions of just one lawyer. Hopefully you can learn from this story and protect YOUR family from similar exploitation and what I call “legal terrorism”. If am mistaken I will gladly apologize. Again, see what YOU think…

What should be done about judges who turn a blind eye to obvious perjury or deny a person their constitutional right to address the court and testify on their own behalf?  Or is the lawyer to blame for not raising a single objection on the court record? How is “Ineffective Assistance Of Counsel” truly defined and do judges ignore it because court proceedings are so costly and time consuming and cannot afford a mistrial?  How many crimes is one lawyer allowed to commit in a courtroom, before the law kicks in and the judge says “Enough”?  One last time… See what YOU think. These are just my own personal opinions and I dare not speak for others. Maybe lawyers will find a way to justify or rationalize it all. I simply cannot.
